What is your return policy?
We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Product is not as described
- You’re unhappy with the product

How long do I have to make a return?
All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.
What are my refund options?
Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- Store credit or gift card
- A replacement product
- An exchange
When will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Instructions
You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you need to return an item please contact me first and let me know. Shipping may or may not be refundable depending on the reason an item is being returned. Everything that can be done will be done to provide my customers with a satisfactory experience.
I do accept refunds of items that are not as described because of some oversight on my part they must be in the same condition that they were shipped in. Refunds on returned items will be processed within 2 weeks of the receipt of the merchandise.
If an item is damaged in transit the insurance will cover the refund. I use priority mail and insurance is included up to 100.00. If the item values higher insurance will be added to cover it. I will need pictures of damaged merchandise to give to the insurer for the claim.
First class items are not insured unless the customer upgrades to priority mail.
